Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- ½ cup honey
- ½ teaspoon finely ground sea salt
Instructions
- Place butter in a mixing bowl and use an electric mixer to beat until creamy.
- Drizzle in honey and sea salt and stir again until ingredients are completely combined.
- Serve.

- Store in an airtight container. Honey butter will keep for up to 5 days at room temperature or up to a month in the refrigerator.
- Add ½-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (adjust according to preference, start with less and add more if desired) and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Replace the honey with ⅓ cup (80ml) of maple syrup.
