- Slow cooker
Chicken Wings Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Puree
- 1 Tbsp Garlic puree
- 1 Tbsp Chinese five spice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tsp soy sauce
- salt & pepper
For Serving:
- 1 Tsp Garlic puree
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tsp soy sauce

Instructions
- Season chicken wings with salt and pepper. Add marinade ingredients into the slow cooker.
- Mix up the marinade ingredients until they are similar to a thick marinade.
- Add in chicken wings and mix and then cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours.
- Remove liquid and add extra honey, garlic and soy and stir.
- Coat the wings in extra sauce before serving.
Notes
- Ahead. You can also make your chicken wings ahead and then turn on the slow cooker when you need to start cooking them.
- BBQ. As an alternative for after cooking, coat them in our homemade barbecue sauce.
