  • 1 lb strawberries chopped, fresh
  • 1 lb pineapple chopped; fresh
  • 12 oz blueberries fresh
  • 12 oz red grapes sliced into halves
  • 4 kiwi peeled and chopped
  • 3 mandarin oranges
  • 2 banana sliced (optional

Honey Lime Dressing

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice fresh

Instructions

  1. Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl. 
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest and lime juice. 
  3. Pour over fruit and toss to evenly coat, serve immediately**.

Notes

  • Fresh mandarin oranges are preferred, but well-drained canned mandarins in juice or light syrup can be used as a substitute.
  • Chop all fruits except banana up to one day in advance to save prep time.
  • Prepare and chill the honey lime dressing separately up to one day ahead and toss with fruit just before serving.
