Delicious hot chocolate cookies are baked into cute little cups & filled with marshmallow creme for a fun, easy dessert recipe, perfect for the holidays!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ cup butter softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
- In a large bowl, combine the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar, add the eggs and vanilla.
- Add the flour mixture and combine well.
- Fill the mini muffin tins ¾ full with cookie dough.
- Place in the oven and bake for 13 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and use the end of a spatula to make an indentation in the center of each cookie cup.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, move to a wire rack and fill each cookie cup with marshmallow creme.
