How delicious do these Hot Cocoa Donuts look? They are perfectly light, sweet, and loaded with a rich chocolate glaze. Make some hot chocolate and dunk and dip these babies right in.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup hot cocoa mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoon butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup chocolate milk
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
- dehydrated marshmallows
Instructions
- Start by whisking together your flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa mix together.
- In a separate bowl, cream together your butter and sugar, add in your eggs and vanilla. Beat until well combined.
- Start adding your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients. Followed by your chocolate milk. Mix until all ingredients are added together and well combined.
- Pour batter into a piping bag, cut off the top. Spray your donut pan with your cooking spray, and pipe batter into each well.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Don’t overbake, they will be dry! Let cool.
- Place your chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in one mine intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
- Pour into a piping bag and pipe onto the top of each cooled donut. Top with dehydrated marshmallows.
- Serve them up with some hot chocolate and enjoy! The perfect Christmas morning donut!
