  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cups hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
