Hot Fudge Slow Cooker Brownies
Description
This dessert uses a boxed fudge brownie mix combined with vegetable oil, eggs, and water to form the batter, which is poured into a well-greased slow cooker. The hot fudge topping is thinned with hot water and poured over the batter without stirring, allowing a layered chocolate effect to develop during cooking.
The slow cooker is set on high for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, during which the edges become set and the center remains soft and fudgy. This method results in a texture different from standard baked brownies, with a rich and moist crumb and a luscious fudge topping.
Serving suggestions include pairing warm brownies with ice cream and additional fudge sauce for enhanced richness. The slow cooker approach offers an alternative for making brownies without an oven and keeps the dessert warm for serving.
Ingredients
- 1 box fudge brownie mix (9×13 pan size)

- ¼ cup water
- 2 egg
