How Long To Cook Meatballs In Air Fryer?

Ingredients

  • ½ onion small
  • 450 g ground beef minced/ground
  • 450 g ground pork minced/ground
  • 2 Tsp Garlic puree
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 Tsp tomato puree or tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese light
  • 1 Tsp mustard powder
  • 2 Tsp oregano dried
  • 2 Tbsp mixed herbs aka Italian seasoning
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice your onion.
  2. Load into a bowl everything including the onion you have just chopped.
  3. Mix the mixture with your hands and then once thoroughly mixed form into meatball shapes.
  4. Place the meatballs into the air fryer basket or drawer, spreading them out so they are on a single layer.
  5. Air fry the meatballs at 180c/360f for 10 minutes or until cooked to your liking and then serve.

Notes

  • Dual. If you have an air fryer dual (such as this one we have) we recommend instead cooking the raw meatballs in one drawer, then a nice sauce or some pull apart bread in the other.
