How To Cook Roast Potatoes In An Air Fryer

Learn how to cook roast potatoes in an air fryer. On a Sunday we will always make our air fryer roast potatoes. They need a lot less oil, need a lot less time to cook and best of all, no par boiling is required.

Ingredients

  • 4 potato large, white
  • 1.5 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp mixed herbs dried
  • 2 Tsp rosemary dried
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and then slice your roasties into quarters or sixths depending on the size of your potatoes. Place the potatoes into a mixing bowl with your oil and seasonings.
  2. Mix well with your hands. Your roasties are now ready for the air fryer.
  3. Tip the potatoes into the air fryer, spreading them out and then air fry for 12 minutes at 160c/320f, shake the potatoes in the air fryer, then air fry for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
  4. Put a fork in one of the bigger potatoes to make sure the potatoes are soft and fork tender.
  5. Then shake the potatoes and air fry for a final 4 minutes at 200c/400f or until crispy to your liking. Then serve.
