Freshly chopped scallions, also known as green onions, are easy to cut with just a knife and cutting board. Chopping scallions is perfect for meal prep and all of your recipes' needs.

Instructions
- First, wash and dry the green onions. Chop the root tips off the scallions with the knife.
- Slice ½-inch thick slices into the green onion and repeat until all of the green sections of the scallions have been cut.
- Store any unused fresh scallions.
Notes
- Store the sliced green onions in the freezer to have in advance.
- Refrigerate any uncut scallions until ready to use.
- Be sure to wash the onions before slicing.
- Make sure the knife you are using is sharp.
