Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 Cookie Dough raw, batch

Instructions

  1. Chill cookie dough for at least about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Using your cookie scoop, scoop out balls of cookie dough and place them side-by-side on a baking sheet. Transfer to the freezer and chill for about 30 minutes. This is what we like to call "flash freezing."
  3. After 30 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the freezer and transfer the very chilled cookie dough balls to a freezer-safe container (plastic bag or otherwise). Label the container with the date and description of cookies.
  4. To bake, bake straight from the freezer and add a minute or two onto the baking time.
