How to Freeze Muffins

To Freeze

1. Prepare and bake the muffins according to the recipe directions and allow them to cool down to room temperature.
2. Lable a gallon-size freezer bag with the date.
3. Place the pan of muffins in the freezer for an hour until the muffins are frozen solid.
4. Transfer the muffins to a gallon-size freezer bag, squeeze out any excess air, and freeze for up to 2 months.

To reheat

1. Remove a frozen muffin from the freezer and microwave for 30 seconds to a minute. Make sure the muffin wrapper is parchment and not foil.
