  • 1 1/2 Cup granulated sugar 12oz/340g
  • 1/2 Cup light brown sugar 4oz/115g
  • 1 Cup butter melted, 8oz/225g
  • 2 egg large
  • 1/2 Cup PLAIN yogurt or sour cream, 4oz/113g
  • 1 1/2 Cup buttermilk 12oz/340g; can be made by milk plus lemon juice or vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • Food dye (Good quality and concentrated) red, yellow, orange, violet, blue and green

  • 1 1/2 cups butter at room temperature, 12oz/340g
  • 3 cups icing sugar sifted, 1lb 8oz
