This fried egg recipe is so easy to make, and results in perfect eggs every time!

  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a 10" non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Crack an egg into a small bowl. Gently slide the egg into the skillet. Repeat with the second egg and cook 4 minutes or until the whites are set and the yolk is soft and yellow.
  3. Transfer eggs from the pan to a plate immediately so they don't overcook.
  4. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

  • For over easy eggs, flip the eggs over after 4 minutes and cook an additional 30 seconds.
