Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and water.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
