Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment and place an oven-safe wire rack on top. Set aside.
- Place chicken wings on a work surface and pat dry with a double layer of paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and baking powder.
- Toss the dried chicken wings in the seasoning mix and place on wire rack.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until crispy, flipping the wings halfway through. Serve and enjoy!
