How to Make Potato Wedges

Crispy Potato Wedges are a great side dish for any meal. Fancy enough for the holidays and easy enough for every day. Packed with flavor and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Russet potatoes
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons rosemary freshly chopped, see note

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Wash potatoes thoroughly. Cut into wedges.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients and toss with potatoes to coat.
  4. Place potatoes on a lined baking sheet, leaving plenty of room between them so they can roast. I usually use 2 baking sheets for 4 pounds of potatoes.
  5. Bake potatoes until golden brown and fork-tender, about 45 minutes.
