Light and crispy, you'll love these air fryer potato wedges as an easy side dish. Season with rosemary and thyme (or your favorite seasoning) for a kid friendly recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 Russet potatoes (rinsed and dried)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
- 1 teaspoon crushed thyme leaves (if using ground, only use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon)

Instructions
- Cut potatoes in half, then cut into wedges. Each potato should make 6-8 wedges depending on the thickness of the potatoes and the desired size of the wedge.
- In a large bowl, toss together potatoes with seasonings and olive oil.
- Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray. Add the potatoes and if desired, spray potatoes with cooking spray for an extra crispy potato wedge.
- Set temperature to 390 degrees Fahrenheit and the timer for 15 minutes for regular sized wedges, adjust timing by a minute or two if the wedges are thinner or thicker.
- Want extra crispy wedges? Turn up the heat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking time.
- Serve immediately.
