- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- ½ cup taco seasoning
- 24 ounce salsa

- Add ground beef to a slow cooker and break it up with a spatula.
- Add in the taco seasoning and salsa and mix together.
- Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Notes
- Use different salsa’s to change the heat level.
- Homemade or store-bought taco seasoning can be used.
- If you prefer a heartier/thicker meat to sauce ratio, add in an additional pound of ground beef.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Keep on warm for up to 2 hours.
- Can also be made on the stovetop.
