- 1 konnyaku (konjac)
Instructions
- Cut the konnyaku cake crosswise about 1/8 to 1/4 inch (7-8 mm) thick. In the center of each slice, make a 1½-inch slit lengthwise.
- Place the bottom end of the slice through the hole.
- Push it through the middle.
- Pull out the end so the sides twist and the konnyaku slice lays flat. It’s done!
