  • 6 vanilla ice cream sandwiches
  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 16 ounces (453 grams) cool whip
  • 2 Oreo cookies crushed

Instructions

  1. Lay out a layer of parchment paper. You may place inside a cake pan if helpful.
  2. Set 2 ice cream sandwiches on the parchment.
  3. Spread on a thick layer of cool whip, and then place 6 oreo cookies on top. Finish with another layer of cool whip.
  4. Repeat the process two more times, finishing with a thicker layer of cool whip.
  5. Garnish with crushed oreo cookies.
  6. Place in the freezer overnight, then remove, slice, and serve.

  • Before assembling the cake, let the ice cream sandwiches soften just a little so you can press them down to create the layers and help form them to the pan.
