Instructions
White Chocolate Sauce
- Add white chocolate and 1/2 tablespoon cream to small bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, just until melted. Make sure the white chocolate doesn't burn. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
Iced White Chocolate Mocha
- Pull 1 shot of espresso or brew 1/2 cup of strong coffee.
- When ready to make your drink, to a tall glass add the white chocolate sauce, along with a shot of espresso or strong coffee. Mix thoroughly.
- Add ice then top with milk of your choice.
Notes
- The white chocolate might solidify, and then you'll have chunks of white chocolate in your coffee. To avoid this, add cream when melting the white chocolate, and mix the white chocolate sauce into hot coffee, rather than pouring it over ice.
- You can also use ready made White Chocolate Sauce. This white chocolate sauce by Torani tastes great with this drink!
