Impossible Quiche

A quick and easy quiche recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 egg lightly beaten
  • ½ cup plain flour (sifted)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cheese 80 grams, grated
  • 85 grams butter (melted) (⅓ cup)
  • 1 small onion
  • 125 grams Bacon or ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chives fresh, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grease the pie dish and pre-heat oven to moderate (180 degrees celsius, fan-forced).
  2. Cook onion and bacon/ham in oil over medium heat for a few minutes.
  3. Mix together with all other ingredients (except chives) until combined.
  4. Pour into pie dish and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chives and serve hot or cold.
