Report
No campfire? No problem! Make s’mores dip in the oven in less than 15 minutes using 3 basic ingredients! Chocolate and marshmallows are toasted in the oven and served with crackers for a scoopable delicious treat!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 1.55 oz. chocolate bar I used a mix of dark and milk chocolate Hershey’s bars
- 16 oz marshmallows
- Graham crackers wafers, or strawberries for dipping
Instructions
- Grease a 9-inch cast iron skillet with butter. I used a mini cast iron pan and reduced the recipe to half.
- Arrange Hershey’s chocolate into an even layer at the bottom.
- Place marshmallows on top, covering the chocolate layer.
- Bake in preheated oven at 400F for 5-7 minutes, depending on how toasty you like the marshmallows to be.
- Keep an eye on marshmallows, as toast quickly. Even a few extra seconds in the oven will turn marshmallows from toasted to burnt!
- Serve the dip hot with crackers, wafer cookies, pretzels, or fresh strawberries for dipping.
