Insanely Good Creamy Tuscan Garlic Salmon
Description
In this recipe, salmon fillets are seasoned and pan-seared skin-side down over medium-low heat until mostly cooked through, developing a browned crust and tender center. The sauce begins by sautéing minced garlic, then adding heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Cornstarch is whisked in to slightly thicken the sauce, which simmers briefly before chopped spinach and sun-dried tomatoes are incorporated to add color and flavor.
After the spinach wilts, the salmon returns to the skillet, allowing the sauce to meld with the fish and vegetables. This results in a creamy, herb-infused dish with savory, tangy notes from the sun-dried tomatoes. The preparation balances simplicity and richness.
This salmon works well plated with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce. The method highlights fresh ingredients combined in a straightforward skillet approach.
