Insanely Good Homemade Granola is a sweet and savory granola with oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruit mixed together with a cinnamon seasoning and combined with a peanut butter and maple syrup poured over top, then baked to perfection. This is a MUST make granola in 20 minutes!

Ingredients
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cups shelled pumpkin seeds pepitas
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 Tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup can use honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. In medium sized bowl combine the oats, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, cinnamon and salt.
- In small bowl whisk the oil, maple syrup, and peanut butter. Pour over the oat mixture and mix until incorporated.
- Spread evenly on the sheet pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes mixing once halfway through until golden brown.
