Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 4 sweet potatoes , scrubbed clean
Instructions
- To a 6 quart instant pot (pressure cooker) add the metal rack insert.
- Pierce the potatoes with a fork 10 times each.
- Pour in the water, then add potatoes.
- Cook on high pressure.
- For 8 ounces and less per sweet potato: 15 minutes on high pressure
- For 8-12 ounces per sweet potato: 20 minutes on high pressure
- For 12-18 ounces per sweet potato: 25 minutes on high pressure
- Release pressure naturally.
