Instant Pot Chicken Scampi Recipe
Description
The Instant Pot Chicken Scampi Recipe features tender boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced and cooked alongside onions and mixed bell peppers. The savory broth infused with Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper creates a rich base. After pressure cooking, the chicken is shredded for a smooth texture blended with the vegetables. Serving over soft angel hair pasta and garnishing with Parmesan cheese adds a creamy, salty finish that complements the tender chicken and vegetables. This method streamlines flavors into one pot, making clean-up easier and intensifying the taste as the pasta soaks up the broth.
