- 350 ml water
- 1 instant udon noodle package
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot. When it starts to boil, put the noodles and the soup base (dark brown sauce in a packet) into a pot. Boil further about 2 minutes.
- Transfer the noodles and the soup into a serving bowl, and add the dried vegetables (from the remaining packet). Stir around with your chopsticks. Serve.
