  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

filling

  • 16 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 3 egg large, at room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

garnish

  • Whipped Cream sweetened
  • chocolate shaved

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Butter a 9x13 pan.
  2. To make the crust, cream the butter and sugar and then blend in the flour and salt until the mixture is crumbly. Pat into your prepared pan, pressing down slightly with your fingers to get an even layer.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Make the filling by creaming the cream cheese and sugar together. Make sure your ingredients are at true room temperature to avoid a lumpy batter.
  5. Beat in the Irish Cream, and then the eggs, one at a time.
