  • 2 lices white sandwich bread
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter completely softened at room temperature, Irish, 15-30 milliliters
  • 1 cup Irish crisps potato chips, 25 grams

Instructions

  1. Spread the butter evenly across the top of each slice of bread.
  2. Top one butter-covered slice with the crisps/potato chips.
  3. Place the other slice, butter-side down over the crisps.
  4. If desired, cut in half and serve immediately.
