Ingredients
- 600 g potato halved, new
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 3 garlic crushed, clove
- 2 tablespoon oregano dried
- 20 g parmesan grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C(fan)/375°F/Gas 5.
- Add 600 g New potatoes to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes and drain.
- Mix together 1 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper, 3 Garlic clove and 2 tablespoon Dried oregano.
- Put 2 tablespoon Olive oil in a baking dish and put into the oven for 10 minutes to heat the oil.
- Add the potatoes to the hot oil.
- Add the garlic and herb blend, mix well and put in the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and sprinkle 20 g Parmesan over the potatoes and return to the oven for 5 minutes.

- Preheat and heat the olive oil in the baking dish before adding the potatoes to start crisping immediately.
