Jalapeño Burgers

Jalapeño Burgers combine ground beef with chopped cheddar and sliced jalapeños to create patties featuring pockets of melted cheese and a mild spicy kick. Cooking the patties over high heat results in a nicely charred exterior while keeping the inside juicy. Serving the burgers atop fresh spinach adds a crisp contrast, complemented by optional sides like radish, lime wedges, and avocado to balance the flavors.

Description

The Jalapeño Burgers recipe mixes ground beef with cheddar cheese and jalapeño slices, forming quarter-pound patties seasoned simply with salt and pepper. Cooking on a hot grill plate allows the cheese inside to melt as the exterior develops a seared crust. The addition of jalapeños provides a subtle spiciness without overpowering the beef. Serving the burgers on a bed of fresh spinach leaves introduces a light, leafy texture that offsets the richness. Optional garnishes such as thin radish slices, lime wedges, and avocado add acidity, freshness, and creaminess, enhancing the overall eating experience.
