Jallab is a popular fruit syrup in the Middle East, made from molasses of carob, dates, and grapes. It is especially well known in Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Jallab syrup (date, grape or carob molasses)
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1 teaspoon golden raisins
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- crushed ice
Instructions
- Pour the jalab syrup into a large glass, cover with cold water and mix.
- Add crushed ice.
- Garnish the drink with raisins and pine nuts.
- Serve immediately.
