- 10 to 16 ounces chocolate see notes, or Ghirardelli Melting Wafers
- 4 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
- Place the pretzels, caramel corn, and Oreos in 3 different bowls. Melt the chocolate until smooth and silky. You can use milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate. If you are using chocolate chips or chocolate bars, you can add 1 teaspoon of oil to make it shiny. Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring after each cooking time until melted.
- Toss the chocolate with the pretzels, caramel corn, and Oreos. Make sure that the chocolate coats each pretzel, caramel corn, and cookie. Melt more chocolate as needed. Place on parchment paper to set up.
- Melt white chocolate in a bowl. Take a spoon and lightly drizzle over the pretzels and caramel corn.
