Juicy Baked Chicken Bites
Description
This recipe cuts chicken breast into small chunks coated with olive oil and a seasoning mix that includes chicken base, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and dried thyme. The coated pieces are baked at 400°F until fully cooked but still moist inside.
Baking in a single layer in a 9x13 inch dish ensures even cooking and browning. After baking, resting for five minutes lets the juices redistribute for tender bites. Chopped fresh parsley added at the end lends a bright herbal note and color contrast.
These chicken bites can be served as a main dish, added to salads, or used in wraps and rice bowls. The well-balanced seasoning mix creates a savory flavor profile supporting many serving options.
The recipe offers flexibility to customize the seasoning blend to personal taste. Leftovers store well in the refrigerator for several days and can be frozen for longer storage. Reheating gently maintains juiciness.
