Kalamata Olive Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter softened
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1-2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese finely grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste
- Loaf of Kalamata bread sliced in half, lengthwise
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking dish with foil for easier clean-up.
- Combine the butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste in a bowl; mix until evenly combined.
- Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise.
- Evenly spread the butter mixture over each half of the loaf.
- Place the bread on the baking sheet, then loosely cover the top of the bread with a piece of foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes; remove the foil and turn the oven to broil.
- Cook the bread, watching VERY carefully, so it doesn't burn.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
