  • 2 egg large
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 ½ cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped

Chocolate Ganache

  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 and place the premade pie shell onto a cookie sheet
  2. Using a large bowl, beat the melted butter, flour, sugar and salt until creamy
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until combined
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts
  5. Pour the batter into the pie shell and bake in the oven for 55-65 minutes
  6. Allow cooling completely before topping with chocolate ganache

Chocolate Ganache

  1. Using a small pot, bring the cream to a simmer
