Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips sugar-free
- 2 tablespoons stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add almond flour, chocolate chips, stevia, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.
- Add coconut oil, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Mix to form the cookie dough.
- Divide the dough into 6 portions. Form each portion into a ball and then shape it into cookies.
- Place them on the baking tray and bake for 10-13 minutes.
- Let them cool. Serve and enjoy!
