The use of a food processor helps achieve a light, stable whipped cream quickly. Dutch-processed cocoa powder provides a smoother, less acidic chocolate flavor compared to natural cocoa.
The texture should be light and fluffy but not overwhipped; care must be taken to stop whipping before it turns grainy or thick like butter. If overwhipped, adding a small amount of cream and whisking can restore the texture. This whipped cream works well as a frosting or accompaniment to fruit. Best served fresh, it can be stored refrigerated for a short time but is not suitable for freezing.

Instructions
