  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoon erythritol
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 30 gram protein powder low-carb

Instructions

  1. Measure out and prepare all of the ingredients.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Pour in a glass.
  5. Top with extra ground cinnamon.
