Ingredients
- 8 oz package of cream cheese softened
- 3 Tablespoon butter
- 6 Tablespoon All Natural Peanut Butter- Make sure it's all natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 Cup Erythritol Sugar
- 1/3 Cup sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips together with a hand mixer until they are all combined thoroughly.
- Then stir in the dark chocolate chips by hand until they are mixed in.
- Then use a cookie scoop to scoop them onto a cookie sheet and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- After this time, they are ready to enjoy. You can store in the a zip lock bag in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy them!
