Keto Cream Cheese Cookies

Keto Cream Cheese Cookies combine almond flour, cream cheese, and butter with sweetener and vanilla and almond extracts to form soft, tender cookies. The mix of baking powder and soda aids their rise while cinnamon adds warm spice. These cookies bake to a lightly golden edge while remaining moist inside, offering a low-carb alternative with a rich, slightly tangy flavor from cream cheese.

Description

This recipe for Keto Cream Cheese Cookies emphasizes a blend of almond flour and cream cheese mixed with softened butter, egg, sweetener, and fragrant extracts. The leavening agents help provide gentle rise and soft texture. Cinnamon infuses delicacy to the dough's flavor profile. After portioning the dough into tablespoon-sized balls pressed thin on parchment-lined sheets, baking at 350°F produces a cookie that is lightly browned at the edges while maintaining a chewy and moist center.

The cookies have a subtle almond taste complemented by the creaminess of the cream cheese and soft butter, making a cookie that is tender without crumbling. Cooling them completely on the baking sheet helps them set properly before handling.
