Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering them with water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in a bowl of ice water to cool.
- Peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.
