Keto Garlic Artichoke Rolls Recipe - easy low carb baked almond flour rolls loaded with artichokes and cheese!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup almond flour
- 1 ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasonings
- ¼ cup marinated artichokes drained well and chopped to small bits
- Garlic butter topping:
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp minced chives

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix cheese, almond flour, eggs, herbs, artichoke hearts, and spices until a large ball forms and mixture is combined thoroughly.
- Make 6 rolls from dough and place on parchment paper. Rolls don't expand too much, but give them a bit of room to expand.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and cook garlic and minced chives until fragrant - about 40 seconds.
- Bake rolls at 350 for 10 minutes.
- At 15 minutes, brush garlic butter on top of rolls.
- Bake additional 10 minutes, until rolls are golden brown outside.
- Top with a quick brush of additional melted garlic butter and serve!
