  • 1 ¼ cups almond milk unsweetened
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ounce protein powder unflavored
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch black pepper
  • pinch salt
  • ½ ounce espresso ~2 shots
  • 7 drops stevia liquid form

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Whisk together all of the ingredients until incorporated and no lumps are present.
  4. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
