Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs bone in and skin on
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tsp. garlic minced
- 4 Tbsp. honey sugar free
- lemon juice from ½
- 2 tsp. thyme dried
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Add all of the ingredients to a Ziploc bag, and shake to combine.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- Place the chicken into a 9x13 baking dish, and pour the remaining marinade over the chicken.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until browned and completely cooked through.

- If using boneless skinless thighs, reduce cooking time and monitor for doneness.
- Skinless chicken breasts require a lower temperature to avoid drying out.
- Marinating at least 30 minutes improves flavor, but cooking immediately after mixing also works.
