Ingredients
- 3 ounce cream cheese softened
- 2 ounce vanilla protein powder about 1 scoop per ounce, low-carb
- 1 tablespoon almond milk unsweetened
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon allulose
- ¼ medium lemon juice and zest
Instructions
- Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
- Using a whisk, mix the cream cheese, protein powder, lemon juice and almond milk together. Make sure that there are no lumps.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream and allulose together until stuff peaks form. Depending on how sweet the protein powder is, you may need to adjust the allulose for your preference.
- Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Add in the lemon zest while folding.
- Portion out the fluff and refrigerate or freeze until ready to eat. Enjoy!
