Ingredients
Chaffles:
- 2 ounce mozzarella cheese
- 2 large egg
- 140 gram red cabbage shredded
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
- 1 medium green onion for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon erythritol
- 1 teaspoon Furikake for garnish
Instructions
- Measure out and prepare all the ingredients.
- In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the chaffles: mozzarella cheese, eggs, red cabbage, and minced garlic.
- In a waffle maker, make the chaffles.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sauce by combining mayonnaise, dijon mustard, soy sauce, and erythritol. Stir to combine well.
