Ingredients

  • cup peanut butter creamy
  • ¼ cup coconut oil divided
  • 1 cup almond flour superfine
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • cup erythritol powdered
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips sugar free

Instructions

  1. Line a 8X8 square pan with parchment paper and keep it aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl combine peanut butter and 2 tablespoons coconut oil. Melt them in a microwave for about 30 seconds and mix them until creamy.
  3. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture. Mix everything together using a spatula until well combined.
  4. Transfer the prepared mixture to the square pan and spread them evenly. Place it in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
  5. Meanwhile in a medium microwave safe bowl combine the chocolate chips and remaining coconut oil, melt for a minute by stirring frequently until the chocolate is completely melted.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly. 
  7. Refrigerate for 2 hours until the chocolate is set and cut them into equal squares and serve.
